01Will the braids be too tight?
Tension is the thing people dread most, so we check in while we work instead of at the end. If something pulls, say so in the moment and it gets loosened right there. You should walk out without a headache.
02What if it isn't what I asked for?
Say so while you are still in the chair. It gets fixed before you leave. That is easier for everyone than you finding out at home and living with it for three weeks.
03Do you cut kids' hair?
Yes. Fades, line-ups and braids for kids, same standard as everyone else.
04Can I walk in?
You can, and you might get lucky. Sending a DM first saves you sitting around waiting for a chair, especially on weekends.
05How long do braids take?
Stitch braids usually run two to four hours depending on the size and the length. You get the honest estimate when you book, not the hopeful one.
06Where do I park?
There is metered parking along Commercial Drive and free spots on the side streets a block either way. Give yourself a few extra minutes on a Saturday.
